"The staff, excepting the medical staff, offer the worst patient service I have recently experienced. I placed a call to schedule a much needed appointment. After remaining on hold for a full 15 minutes, a recording instructed me to leave my name, number, etc. for a return call. After 2 hours, no call. I once again called to schedule the appointment and after approximately 6 minutes, a live person picked up and, after a brief wait to "verify my insurance", I was able to schedule. I have had several procedures performed at the Institute in the past 5 years and I must say, this is not uncommon treatment from this staff."
