"My grandfather had been staying here for a couple years now and they’ve stolen countless clothes from him. They have reimbursed my grandma for it but today, on the day they think he is going to pass away, my grandma went to be there with him, and one of the people came into change his clothes and asked her to leave the room, THEY STOLE $40 OUT OF HER WALLET. How evil can someone be? Her partner is dying and they steal from her. I can only imagine how much is stolen from the other patients or visitors. This place needs to be investigated, if you are thinking of putting your loved one in here, absolutely don’t."

"I worked for Trinity Regional Rehab in 2017 to 2019. I came back in August of 2023 as a concierge and now I am a receptionist. I love my job, I love the people I work with they treat you like family and I love our residents. Great place to work for. I am thankful to be back."

"My father was transferred there from Trinity Hospital after a fall for rehab. The hospital said they were highly recommended. We trusted them and boy was that a mistake. This facility needs to be shut down immediately. The place is Filthy and the staff is horrible. I got my dad out after a half a day. Thank god. They leave patients in their own urine and feces. They don’t give patients their much needed meds. The staff is useless. The smell is unbearable. I’ve contacted the Board of Health to do something."

"I was taken by ambulance in July 2023 to Bayonet Point hospital. Spent 10 days there and they were the ones who sent me to Trinity Regional Rehab for another 10 days for PT. The hospital told me they were a 5 star. They were actually a 3, but when I got home I see they are mostly 1star reviews. Had I known about them, I would have NEVER gone there. I was taken off of a med in the hospital because it was found that I was toxic from taking it for many years. So the first night, the nurse tried to give me that med instead of the new one prescribed. From then on I checked every single med they tried to give me. Some of which were not on my list. Tried to give me something for my stomach and Melatonin for sleep. No ... I refused them. Make sure you check everything, including your bill!! I had an 86 year old roommate. She tried to get out of bed and fell. I rang the nurse. After 15 minutes I called my husband at home and had him call. It took a half hour for them to come help this poor woman off the floor, clean her up as she had busted her head open. And ended up calling EMT'S and sent her to the hospital. I spoke to her sister and the staff reported a 4 minute response time to her. They don't want you to get up, but I will not lay there in excrement waiting for someone to come help. So I did everything I could do myself. One nurse even laid the sheets down and told my husband if he wanted to change them, go ahead! This was the one and only time sheets were given in 10 days. Showers are given twice a week. Patients line up in the hallway at the "Spa." They go in one at a time. There are all kinds of PVC homemade types of chairs for patients to sit on. None of these are cleaned, sanitized between patients. Nasty, steamy, germy!! In 10 days I had 3 PT sessions. Nothing on the weekend. From broken equipment ... Nurses would have blood pressure machines that didn't work. The finger clips that measure oxygen don't work. Lazy workers ... I was sitting in the hallway in a wheelchair and watched a worker walk down the hall and pull her gloves off, tossed them towards a garbage can, miss it and left them on the ground and kept on walking!! As you can see from some of the pictures, trash on the ground, filthy food encrusted buttons for bed remote. Toilet, blood and feces. We were out of paper towels for 2 days. Not to mention inedible food. My husband had to bring me food. There was a piece of paper with other items to order if you didn't like what you got, but none of it was ever available and nurses didn't recommend anything else. Even the rooms are cleaned every other day. Housekeeping would come in with 1 rag, wipe down my table and touch cups, straws, and other things with that same rag. I would cringe. I would not recommend Trinity Regional Rehab to anyone. Do your research."
