"Loved Dr Elshire so sad he had to medically retire. Not very happy with Dr Nyugen. I am in terrible pain from an ablation done last Tuesday 8/8/2023. He showed me another persons X-ray and accused me that I had hardware in my back by an orthopedic doctor. I have never had that type of back surgery and do not have hardware in my back. Had to take second X-ray to prove no hardware. The surgical center will not remove the black and white X-ray of back hardware that is not mine. This doctor has not called to say he is very sorry for the mix up. The surgery center has not called but was quick to bill my insurance with wrong X-ray. My insurance is now aware and are looking into this mess. My next step will be a lawyer if nobody fixes this issue. The doctor actually asked my husband if I have memory problems. How insulting my memory is just fine. This is to be continued. Update: 1/24/2024 Santa and Monica are the most unprofessionals I have ever met. Santa actually snapped at me nurse practitioner at my family doctors office and lied to boot she said they accident patients but turns out they don’t. I like Dr. Nyugen but his front desk is killing things for him. I was in a car accident with back injuries they referred me to another pain management because they do not want me there anymore. So I canceled my F/Up appointment on Feb 7 2024. Now I am looking for a new pain management group. Thanks Santa and Monica for doing this to me but remember the old saying what goes around comes around."

"These folks have kept me alive. Dr. Nguyen is a bright young man that has helped me to manage my CRPS condition. His team is always incredibly helpful… and they really care."

"I had a bilateral ablation done on May 11. The next day I could not walk and the pain was UNBEARABLE! I called the office on Friday morning and was told Dr. Nguyen " forgot". Monday morning I called again and told nurse that I couldn't walk and the pain was too much, My call was sent all around in the Ocala office and Lady Lake office, Nobody would help me. I called daily then every day after. Finally on the 25th the Doctor called me and said he would call in something stronger and didn't care that I couldn't walk. Then they sent me a bill for that 10 minutes, which no one told me they would. Dr. Nguyen may be friendly but, is Office staff is ruining his reputation! I wouldn't let my cows run through this facility! They have a lot of time to joke around and eat donuts in this facility but, no compassion for patients. Sad thing is I told my Orthopedic Doctor what happened and he said " I've heard how bad it is there now". Please, DON'T risk your health going here."

"Never been to this office but was referred by my primary, and after looking at so may horrible reviews of how they’ve treated patients, I don’t feel like I should even waste my time. There a reviews like these ones are here for a reason so you can look into what others have experienced, and make a decision on whether or not you would like to see them, and I think I’ll pass or find another pain management office who accepts my insurance on my own because I would hate to be dealing with the pain I’ve been dealing with for years, and go then be treated so rudely, and made to feel like they could care less. One of the most important decisions we make is healthcare, and I think I want a doctor who cares about whether or not their doing right by their patients, and I can see by the number of reviews they’re money hungry but could care less about the day to day difficulties your pain is causing, as long as there doctors they’ll make their money off people even wasting their time going to one appointment but no thanks. I hope these doctors start caring more about their patients because their reputation looks horrible enough I’d rather stay in pain or find somewhere else to go."
