"Brittany is by far the best physical therapist around! She takes the time to get to know her patients on a personal level to find ways to incorporate exercises and techniques into daily life for the best outcome possible. I have been seeing her for a few months now and not only has my daily pain level decreased, but she's been able to give me my active life back. I have full on broken down and gotten so frustrated with my bodies inability to bend or move in certain ways, and she has calmed me and given me the confidence to keep at it! Brittany is still the best physical therapist, but Fyzical's billing and the owner of the Trinity location Adrienne leave a lot to offer. Billing has been fraudulently billing my visits multiple times, causing all of my future visits to be denied. Adrienne does not have a very good attitude to be working in healthcare, and completely undoes the positivity that Brittany brings to the practice. She had a nasty attitude and very passive aggressively made it out to be my fault that they weren't being paid on my claims and has made it very uncomfortable when she is in the office during my therapy visits. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will have to find a new physical therapist."

She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It seems with the work she did and the exercises she gave me to do at home my injury started feeling better after day 2 of therapy.
