"I have seen different pain doctors, as I have lived in different places, Dr Ulseth great. Straight forward, no beating around the bush or candy coating, just a straight up guy. I have the utmost respect for him and his staff, couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you Doctor for my above GREAT care."

"Incompetent! UNJUSTIFIED PATIENT ABANDOMENT. Received following text after I made a 45 minute round trip to his office. This entire incident came about because of issues diagnoses of new health issues that could life threatening and is very painful! By the way I have been a good patient in this clinic about six years now, urine screens all good, pill counts good and most of the time I had plenty more than I was supposed to have. And I really thought I had patient doctor relationship here. We on Friday November 20 I had a phone appointment not video appointment with nurse practitioner Kenneth Lemos and the night mare begins, three months I advised Kennetoh of a pain in my right hip that was very bothersome and prescribed 15mg Meloxixam tablet once to my already prescribed medication. I took these tablets once day even though they didn't thinking that it for this particular medication to get in my system. Long story short it didn't work pain was more severe,so I seen my primary care doctor had and test with more test and specialist still coming,an abnormal bone growth was discovered an issue that this my bladder and this is the source of the new pain that I had before was coming from. I passed all this information on to Kenneth and explained to him that medication wasn't helping my pain and properly because of this The medication I take from I understand and what told me maximum dose daily is 30g and 25mg already with dosage every 8 hrs. Kenneth said we need figure out how you can 30mg a day every six hrs. If the call was recorded like it should have been, my response was you're doctor and whatever you decide is with me I just want some pain relief so I can sleep. Put me hold called Dr.Ulseth, got back and he's hanging up Dr. Ulseth will call me which he did. I again what's going with health and was trying how I take my medicine 4 times a day. First without seeing me or any records he said it sounds like bursa and and I can give you an injection in your bursa and that I am sleeping because I am depressed which I am not just in pain. My primary care Dr knows that I'm not depressed, and furthermore he knows that I have no problem whatsoever discussing issues concerning depression with he stood by when I lost my wife and my youngest son in the past year. Anyway Robert Ulseth himself scheduled an in office visit with me 11/24/2020 @3:30pm when I got there his 2 receptionist were out side and told me he wasn't seeing patients today and I drove 25 minutes to get back home. He called me when I got home and was very, very unprofessional! I'LL LEAVE AT THAT BECAUSE I HAD HIM ON SPEAKER WHICH I INFORMED BECAUSE MY HEARING AIDS ARE VA BEING REPAIRED. I WAS BASICALLY ACCUSED OF DRUG SEEKING BEHAVIOR BECAUSE I HAVE SEVERE FROM BONE CANCER! He dismissed from his clinic because I spoke for myself And doctors need to understand every one in pain i not a drug addict! I refuse to be put in a box and LABELED AN ADDICT! UNJUSTIFIED DISMIISSAL OF A PATIENT IS CONSIDERED PATIENT ABANDOMENT AND IS BY LAW IS MALPRACTICE AND LABELING ME A ADDICT IS SLANDER!!! PEACE! I don't know what this so called professional person entered in my medical records, but for some odd reason no other pain management doctor will see me! SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE!"

"The most unprofessional office and Doctor I have ever visited. AVOID DR ULSETH AT ALL COSTS! I heard bad things about him before, but to actually visit him and have him be so rude he made me cry, as well as my mother in one of her visits to him. He is extremely mean and unprofessional, and does the least he can to actually help you while doing the most he can to act like you are scum. HE genuinely acts like and believes his patients are scum, and he's only here for the paycheck. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"I was referred to his office by workman's comp. I was only there to get shots in my neck to relieve the pain I was having. I was treated as if I was a criminal looking for pain pills, at no time did I ask for pain pills or need them. No matter what your status is in life being a doctor a lawyer you should treat everybody with respect not belittle them. I don't normally write post reviews but this idiot earned it today."
