"They are horrible people they see me 2x a month and I walked in at like 100pm check in confirmed on my engage app at 1pm and would not dose me and lied trying to say I wasn't checked in till 1:03 etc which I showed them my phone says at 1pm and still so Sorry then told I got to come back Saturday Sunday and Monday and will receive my take-homes Monday by Christian the black gaget"

"The nurses and counselors are great the there. But the problem is with the blonde Dr. she is a witch. She doesn’t care about anyone who goes there. I’ve never had a good experience with her and I’ve never heard anyone else who has had one either. She will tell people she doesn’t care if you leave and go do drugs and that’s it’s not her problem. She is an awful person. It’s really sad that she works in a place where people need help and she’s so rotten to all of them. What kind of Dr. tells you it’s not her problem if she kicks you out for anything and if you go do drugs again she doesn’t care. I really don’t think she’s should be working where she does with the nasty attitude she has. She must have some really big problems in her life to come to work and take it out on people who are trying to get their lives better. She makes you want to do drugs. I’m getting kicked out by her in a week cuz I don’t live in Ocala for another two weeks. So now I’m going to have to travel even farther than I do now so I can continue to take Methodone in spite of her telling me that she guesses I will have to go back on drugs now. She’s a very sick person! But I’m not going to let someone that’s obviously so sad and pathetic in her own life try and ruin mine , even if I have to drive farther than I was going to Ocala. I feel my life is worth having to drive even farther then Ocala inspite of this crazy “ Dr” telling me oh well I guess you will have to go back and do drugs. She is a very sick woman. Everyone beware of the crazy Blonde so-called Dr. at 216 1st st in Ocala , Fl. She’s a terrible person who definitely should not be a Dr. anywhere."

"I have been a patient at NSTC for over 2 years now. I have been to several different clinics thruout the state of Florida and was a patient at the Gainesville clinic for many years and could never get clean I mean REALLY clean going there because of all the bureaucracy, red tape,judgment, and lack of genuine care of staff or clients there plus their parking lot was like and all you can consume drug buffet, but after transferring over to NSTC I and my husband got clean right away and have been able to maintain our sobriety ( minus a few speed bumps on his part) for over 2 years now. I love most of the staff and they do actually listen and usually will help you thru any problems you have instead of punishing you for small mistakes or trying to halt your progress over every little thing. Over all I have had a great experience here and would never go anywhere else.+ they are about to open a new branch clinic in Gainesville which will be great and will genuinely help alot of people who have only ever been able to go to Meridian there and have never been at a REAL treatment facility designed to help them get clean not just take their money. To all the staff at NSTC Ocala, I love you all and thanks for giving me my life back."
