"As the primary caregiver for my parents, I take their care very seriously. The interactions that my parents had with staff at the Ocala office today were unprofessional and unacceptable. We arrived at 9:52 am . The appointment was for 10:00am and 10:15am respectively. They weren't seen till 10:38am. During the visit, one of the Dr.'s was unprofessional towards the other Dr. and also to my mother. We did receive a call from a very nice man at their patient services department where I was told that we were wrong and basically had no reason to be upset about the wait because the appointment wasn't supposed to be till 10:30am. This was not correct! We were willing to look past waiting 38 min to be seen but the unprofessional behavior was not something that should be overlooked. The rep called to try to retain my parents as patients but unfortunately although he did say that the issue would be addressed.... there were many excuses made by the rep on behalf of the staff and at the end of it all, we weren't really given any resolution nor reason to stay. Instead, it felt like we were being told that we were making a big deal out of nothing because the doctors are great friends. We will be changing my parents to a different doctor due to unprofessional and rude behavior from the doctors and the staff."

If I need a specialist he and his wonderful staff gets it handled for me. If I need to just walk in I can and they receive me. He looks out for my best interest always. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Rosario he has a genuine heart of gold. If you want to be treated like family, make Dr. Rosario your primary care."

"My mother and aunt love their Dr. Rosario. All of the staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. They have walk in visits if needed. They both receive free vitamins, complimentary over the counter items, medical supplies if needed. They are remodeling the office which is going to be great for the complimentary silver sneakers, Tai Chi and Yoga classes. They have both lost weight on the free diet program as well. Both are Feeling better than ever. Dr. Rosario takes his time with his patients, listens to them and doesn't just rush you in and out like most doctors just trying to bill your insurance. He is all about the patients! Thank you Dr. Rosario the community needs more like you."
