"Came in for a covid, flu and strep test. Got back fairly quickly but was then left in the room for quite some time. The girl came in to swab but didn't even tell me how long before results or what to expect next. Finally the provider came in and just listened to my breathing and looked at my throat. The whole time I can hear staff through the closed door carrying on quite loudly. That was unprofessional. Overall though I was in and out in less than 2 hrs."
"I was visiting Ocala and had to go to this urgent care. Typically urgent cares stress me out because of wait times and I never have the best experience. But, the staff was absolutely amazing. "This is the best urgent care in town. I gladly drive out of my way, past other urgent care companies, to come to this one (Advent Urgent Care). They are respectful, caring, efficient, competent, and kind. They communicate well and get the job done, with notable kindness and respect. It doesn't matter who's working or what doctor is in for the day-- they are ALL wonderful. There's NOT ONE person who seems like they don't care or don't know what's going on. I've never had a bad experience, and with my health issues, I've come a lot! And I've brought my daughter here as well; plus I told my grandparents about it, and they always come here now too, (also out of their way)! Advent Urgent Care nurses and doctors are ALWAYS awesome. This is the urgent care to go to!"
