"Calling here is a waste of time, no one answers the phone on any of the connections. No response to messages left, was encouraged to text using phone number for speedier service-nope that was a wash too. Had a script written by their ---- minus a name just a scribble, no code. Unable to schedule a test without a full name. However, you can schedule an appointment, on line, to be seen at Magnolia Urgent Care, that worked. You can't have any thing done thru Radiology Associates after hours. Go elsewhere for a better experience. Update: I received a telephone call from the owner of M. Urgent Care. He assured me, very sincerely, that he was going to call a staff meeting to address the problems I encountered. February 14, the owner reached out to me, saying all issues have been resolved. Thank you Mr Ali for working with your staff to make visits to your facility a positive experience,"
"This is a great Urgent Care! I loved that i could make an appointment & fill out most of my paperwork online before i got there. Everyone that works there was very pleasant & caring. They even keep you updated as to how many people are ahead of you while you are waiting. There's also a Radiology office in the same building if you need any X-rays or scans. I highly recommend this Urgent Care."
"I have used Magnolia Urgent Care a few times over the past few years (and have brought my neighbor here also). I have been lucky enough to see 'Gabby' most times. Very thorough. I prefer this Urgent Care because Radiology Associates is attached to them so my x-rays and CAT scans can be done right there and results in a half hour or so."

My husband, myself, and my 2 kids are all patients here. I stopped using my pediatrician a couple of years ago and only come here for any medical issues.
