"Despite always seeing many employees my phone calls are NEVER answered, rarely returned. Drs barely speak English. 30 minute check ups take 2 hours every time. They are the definition of frustration......and one again after going up there and clearly explaining what i needed them to do again they screwed it up. This happens continuously"

"We've been here twice with our infant. The first time was just a post hospital check-up before we could see our doctor and went perfectly fine. Our recent visit was for constipation in our infant and the doctor really didn't listen to us, recommended out of date practices, and THEN GOOGLED what he thought we should do. The doctor spent the first five minutes of the appointment educating us on constipation and its causes, citing diet. He then asked us how much yogurt and cheese we give our exclusively formula fed 3month old. He eventually suggested changing our formula-a perfectly fair suggestion. But as we continued to ask questions he really talked around them reiterating to just change our formula. I guess he thought that if he smiled the whole time we'd just nod and say "okay"? He then googled and used a WEB DISCUSSION FORUM to again reiterate how common our problem was. Dude, it's the digital age. You really think we didn't Google this in the last two weeks? Hell we were using the AAP and National Children's websites to figure out what to do and here's a doctor recommending we listen to Joe Somebody on the Internet. He also recommended we add rice cereal to our bottles, WHICH HAS BEEN RECOMMENDED AGAINST BY AAP. Won't be back unless my child is literally dying and even then I'll be on the lookout to make sure my kid doesn't die faster here."

"If I could put zero stars and comment I would. They are ghetto. Don’t answer phones and call back days later. When you walk in the desk people are on their phones and act like they couldn’t be bothered with anything you say about your child’s health. Shut this place down. Doctors often misdiagnose and give terrible advice like “ he is fine to go back to daycare if he has hand foot and mouth. “"

"My 1yr old daughter and I did not have a good experience here. We sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. She was content for long time, then as time passed she got irritable and started crying. The waiting area is not kid friendly. No books or anything for kids. It's dull, no color, no TV or music so if your child is upset all the attention is on you. I felt pressure to get her to be quiet and I felt bad that she was disturbing other people. When we got to a room the nurse told me to lay her down so she could look in her throat. The nurse put the tongue depressor to far in her throat that it caused my baby to throw up. I felt bad that I allowed that to happen, but still continued to wait. After half an hour passed with an uncomfortable toddler and still did not see a doctor I decided that it was best to leave. I will take her to a place that is more kid friendly. I would not recommend going here with small kids."

"They make you wait over an hour in the waiting room, they never answer their phones. Will take 2-3 months to be seen. They need a lot to work on. I give it 0 stars. I only like the nurses, they’re nice."
