"We had a very positive experience with Dr. Reisberg and his staff. I had a (scuba) dive complication and called for a same day appointment. They were not able to get me in the same day but was seen that week. During the visit, Dr. Reisberg explained why I may have felt the way I did and ordered a follow up procedure. Overall, I felt the doctor understood my problem, was able to articulate why I was experiencing the issue and how to correct the problem in the future. I also feel that he went above and beyond by ordering a follow up procedure to make certain there were no underlying issues or complications."

"Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! I had a balloon sinuplasty yesterday which according to them went well. I was sent home with directions that lack clarity. I had my spouse call because I have a hard time talking. Each person we talked to gave us new set of directions including dealing with medication which are far from the ones sent home with me and made us more confused. My spouse is told now that I need a perscription and some Sudafed. My poor spouse had explain the situation to the pharmacist to get the correct one because there are so many Sudafed options and Riesberg didn't take the time to even tell us which was the best for my situation. Also just let you know don't believe the lie they will tell you in the office that you will be back to normal with in 24-48 hours. They also told me that I could go back to work the day after the procedure. Far from it when they gave me notes that say you can't bend over or do vigorous activities. Now they tell me I can't do vigorous activities for 3 weeks!!!! Also I am now being told that I can't bend over for 3 days after this procedure and for the 3 weeks following I should do it slowly or avoid it!!!! If you need this procedure get from someone other than Riesberg Institute. They are only out for the money from doing this procedure otherwise why would they not give accurate information about what life is going to be like for the healing process or give clear take home instructions???"

"My initial visit was great- gave them a 5 star- the follow up has been the worst (nonexistent). As indicated in my new rating one star. It took two months for them to schedule my MRI. It's now been a month since I had the MRI and I do not know the results. I left 3 different voice messages with 3 different individuals (medical assistant-twice, Office manager, front desk receptionist) all in the span of 3 weeks. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a call back."

"I love visiting the Riesberg Institute. Dr. Riesberg, Barbara, and her staff are delightful. They provide great customer service and always eager to help. They never try to push anything on me I do not need and always go above and beyond to make sure the service I am getting is covered by my insurance. I am glad to have a practice like them near by."
