"They NEVER answer the phone ! I believe they have the ringer turned down so they can’t hear it ringing . Lanza is a good doctor but her staff sucks . I tried to call and reschedule an upcoming appointment. Nobody answered nor did they even call to let me know my appointment as missed . The ladies at the front desk are extremely lazy ! If you’re gonna sit in a chair all day the least you can do is answer the phone !"

"Had an appointment for 7:45 and when I arrived they say I would have to wait because who I scheduled my appointment with called out. I said that it was fine because my daughter is 2 months old and sick so I don’t mind waiting. They asked me if I was vaccinating and I said maybe one or two since she’s sick. Then they call me back up to the front and let me know they won’t be seeing her at all today if I don’t give her all of her vaccinations…. She has a runny nose, fever, and a white mouth but can’t be seen because I didn’t want to vaccinate today??? We’re at the ER now for something that’s definitely not an emergency because they refuse to see her and told us to leave."

"Miss Julia and nurses are wonderful, but be prepared to wait 30-60 minutes just to get out of the waiting room. It has been like that every single time I’ve been here and I have been coming here with my kids for 3 years. Today I had to call six times in one day to get my sick daughter an appointment before someone answered. I’ve only stayed this long because of miss Julia, but at this point the time spent waiting is ridiculous."

"The appointment setter calls everyone Mama then when it’s time to book or make an appointment apparently she forget your real name. I have been here 15 years and have a new baby now totally differ. I have not saw my children main doctor in almost a year, the new Nurse is great but when your use to your main, it would be nice to see them at least once a year."

"We love Dr Kania! All 4 of my boys go there and over a span of 2 years the wait time and trying to get someone to answer the phone has gotten AWFUL ! I called 6 times to try and reschedule my sons appointment to the point where i had to wait 35 minutes to FINALLY speak to someone well after his appointment time and then it was a “no show” when i called hours before the scheduled appointment . Drs and nurses are awesome, front desk staff NEEDS IMPROVEMENT BIG TIME !"
