"Don’t waste your time!! I should’ve read the reviews first. I called to schedule an appt as a new patient. No one answers the phone, ever. You have to leave a VM. I called on a Monday, and it’s now Friday after close of business— I never received a return phone call. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional, and then I came to read reviews. What a waste of time even attempting to get in to see someone here as this office clearly doesn’t truly care about PATIENT CARE nor MENTAL HEALTH."

"I've been seeing them for years, and they care less about your health or getting you refills in a timely manner. I have to take medication to work because of my anxiety and have been off work for a month now. I am sitting at home not working, waiting to get my medicine because he prescribed me a medication that's not working and won't change it."

"Don't waste your time. Been trying to get in for about 2 months. I've had multiple referrals sent over as well as called the office twice a week for the last two months and leaving voicemails, as well as filling out their online request form. The one time someone called me back they said they were not accepting patients in Navarre but they were in Pensacola and to call back when I had a referral (which I already had), and then promptly hung up. I went to the Navarre location once about 2 years ago, they told me to my face they accepted my insurance and then 2 months later I got a bill for $600 because "they didn't accept my insurance". The lady I spoke to for medication was great but the office staff is just horrific ."

"For a mental health clinic, it's really impressive how everyone here massively fails at communication and constantly drops the ball. I just gave up on trying to go back because getting in contact with the clinic is a nightmare and any time you run out of meds? Expect to be out for days or even weeks! Better hope your doctor doesn't go out on leave either because you just might have to quit your psych meds cold turkey since the office staff will ignore your calls and messages that you've run out of medication. That should have been when I stopped going, but I stuck it through. Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment! Even better :) You'll get slapped with a no show fee even if you called multiple times and left messages saying "Hey I can't come to my appointment because I had SURGERY" and then the office never contacts you again! Just came across my final statement that got lost in a pile of mail to discover that they could take the time to send me a final bill and add a no show fee onto it, but never call me back to reschedule or even check to see that I had left a message or called. But its not like they read these reviews! Which is very apparent with how the clinic continues to operate and the reviews are looking."
