"I just recently lost my best friend due to old age and multiple health problems. He had been with me ever since I was in elementary school and I’m now a senior about to graduate. He was everything to me and Pine Forest understood that and respected it. I rushed him to their services as soon as I could and they treated him with such care as they told me what the best move was. Of I course I didn’t want to, but I knew it needed to be done and they offered so much sympathy and reassurance for me. They were very kind and even sent me a few pieces (about 1-2) of mail saying that he was a “sweet baby” and indeed he was! I just finally got my best friend’s ashes back today and I couldn’t be happier! They put his name on the box, spelled his name correctly, put our last name on it (as well as his first) to really show he was an important part in our family, and even wrapped up his box in plastic. The box for his ashes is also very beautiful as well with smooth wood and a very pretty design on the top! They put so much care into my little dude and I just couldn’t be happier to have gone to them! Thank you all very much for having so much care, reassurance, and sympathy!❤️"
