"The front desk is nice for the most part but they really need to get there stuff together. There's only like one doctor there that can sign off on anything stronger than the Tylenol and they're always on vacation or training or something else and you have to literally pull teeth out to get a simple refill. I struggle every month getting a refill on something that is so easy. They make me jump through hoops almost every single month. It's absolutely absurd and ridiculous and unprofessional. I definitely will be looking for a new doctor."

"This was by far the worst experience with a provider I’ve ever had. This was Daniel Mines. He was unprofessional, rude, dismissive and horrible to me. He made me feel like I was an idiot because I did what the er physician told me to do and didn’t help me at all. He fixated on something I wasn’t there for and he did that the only other time I saw him too. I’ve seen many reviews of him all saying the same thing. When will the clinic get a clue. I hope something changes for the next person. Now I’m trying to seek medical help somewhere I can afford since I can’t work right now."

"I had a few good experiences w this place earlier in the year but shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. Front desk occasionally has kind and helpful people, but most of them are rude and unattentive. Doctors are a mixed bag and you never know if you'll get a decent one. Their computer system never works and I am constantly having to give information that I've already given them. A prescription that should have been at their pharmacy an hour ago has still not been received by them after I told the doctor I still have not gotten it. Will not be coming back if I can avoid it. If you need affordable Healthcare, you will find affordability here, but no Healthcare. Take your problems somewhere else that actually functions. UPDATE: Manager called me back to make sure that I received my prescription and spoke to me in detail about some of the problems they've been facing with the new computer system. This gesture was kind and much appreciated, I know that she does not have much time in her day so reaching out meant alot. Hope they are able to continue to work on resolving the issues spoken about above."

"I don't appreciate taking the day off working to come to an appointment I wasn't scheduled correctly, no phone call no or anything to let me know they rescheduled my appointment. Don't appreciate the wrong info telling me a nurse practitioner can't fill out a certain form, very unprofessional and I need a word with administration."
