"The only reason for 1 star is -0- was not available. My doctor, Dr. Greskovich, was on vacation so I was sent to Dr. Farhi. He required a CT scan and he would call that afternoon with results. No phone call until the following afternoon. He told me to go to a hospital because of the large number of stones trying to pass, that could block and result in renal failure. I asked which hospital and he said West FL or Sacred Heart. I said SH and dropped everything and hurried to the hospital. SH had no record of me so I called Dr. Farhi’s office and was told to go to the ER. I went to ER and waited over 4 hours with no word, no records, no dr visit, no instructions, nothing from Dr. Farhi. My patient portal has no records for me yet I just had a urinalysis and CT scan. Since the Woodlands doesn’t share their records, the hospital has no access to the tests so I had to have the tests again. Thanks for the additional radiation, Dr F! I could see this was a huge mistake on a Friday afternoon. I walked out hours later with an IV in my arm. Still no word from Dr Farhi. On Monday morning Stephanie calls and tells me how worried they are about me, I’m in an emergency situation and I left against hospital orders. ( I asked for someone to take the IV out and they couldn’t find anyone so I left. ). She tries to tell me Dr F was calling as I was leaving Friday night. Lol. So, that afternoon I went to Gulf Breeze ER. Again, I did not have access to my test results so I had to have all tests again. (More radiation, thanks Dr. F. If he cared about his patients he would do legally what is right and update the portal. What Dr would allow 3 CT scans in 5 days.) Gulf Breeze ER assured me the bloodwork came back perfect and told me there was a large stone but no blockage or renal failure. I checked out in 3 hours with a recommendation to find a urologist. I would give Gulf Breeze ER 10 stars and -0- for Woodlands, Dr. Farhi, who I still have never met, and the staff. Just look at all the one star reviews."

"After Ascension Sacred Heart closed it's urology department, I was referred to the Woodlands. I was skeptical at first due to the poor review's. BUT, so far I'm very impressed, especially with DR Liu. He seems very knowledgeable and is very nice and easy to talk to. When he explains things, he makes it clear and very understandable. I'll update if anything changes."

"This review is more about communication with office staff than with medical services I’ve received. Dr. King has been very thorough and very informative, explaining my treatment plan and procedures, making sure all my questions were answered. The office staff, however did not make me feel very confident when they sent my information to the wrong hospital twice. There was also a problem with a prescription and it was insinuated that I was responsible for sorting out the problem with the pharmacy myself. Then, to add insult to injury, someone in the office informed another healthcare worker that they’d “had problems with [me] all day today.” I’d give my doctor a four star rating, but the professional image of the office staff gets a 1."

"Dr. Bernstein is the rudest, most abusive, unprofessional provider out there. My wife was referred to him for chronic kidney stones.. After looking at my wife's CT (which had so many kidney stones, it looked like it was hit with buckshot) and reading "too many stones to count", he tells her "you don't have kidney stones, and have never had kidney stones"... He then proceeded to "Mansplain" how a females reproductive system works, and then told her it "was all in her head"... I'm can't wrap my head around a doctor that ignores all the evidence and notes sent by the referring physician, why would another doctor refer you to a "specialist" if there wasn't an actual problem? He is the kind of doctor that would tell a woman that she couldn't possibly know anything about her body, simply because she's a woman... His entire approach to what he calls medicine, boils down to this; "there is no way your tiny woman brain could understand anything in gonna tell you, because I have a big doctor man brain, so I'm just gonna be as condescending as I possibly can, and convince you it's in your head"... I urge you to find another provider, medical gas-lighting is a huge problem, and this provider is it's poster child."

"Some of the greatest people you will ever meet. From the doctors, nurses and support all were Kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Perhaps the only downside is the lack of internet access while waiting. To be sure, this simple amenity would only increase the ratings of Woodlands."
