"The wait was ridiculously long. Hours after my appointment. I'll never use them again."

"I can’t speak on the endoscopic service as a patient, but as the driver, the customer service here needs improvement. I planned my work day around my family member’s appointment which was made over 2months in advance. The day before the procedure, this clinic called saying “the doctor doesn’t like gaps in his schedule” and that we would have to arrive sooner than our original time or be cancelled because the provider wasn’t going to stay late. As the responsible driver, this last-minute, lack of consideration and respect for the previous agreed upon appointment and patient’s time (and mine) was upsetting. This goes to show that the providers must not pay attention to their schedule but for a couple days in advance, leaving the staff and patients to scramble to appease them. Unprofessional in my opinion. We ended up waiting in the waiting room close to our original arrival time, an hour later, before my family member was called to start the preop process…So what was the point??"

"I've had many procedures done here, all with no issues. However, bill pay & communication all-around is a nightmare. If you require any communications or follow-up, have any questions, need help with your bill, paying your bill, etc., you will be beyond frustrated in trying to get ahold of anyone here or associated with billing."

"Had a positive experience. This was my first time for checkup/colonoscopy. Apparently you have to start doing these at 45. Staff was friendly and very informative. If you expect quick in and out of any medical facility, prepare to wait and have your proper documentation. I was there for a total of four hours. I read some reviews and felt some were unwarranted. Do you want the doctors and staff rush or take the proper steps to insure your safety ? I would like to thank the staff, Monique, Nikki, Nicole, Stephen, Both Tiffanys, Megan, Cigna (I think that is her name) and Dr Adkisson. I may have left off a name or two. I interacted with all of the above just to have this procedure done. If I had to point out one thing that I did not care for, it was not eating the day before. Other than that, this was by far better experience than I had thought it would be."

"This morning I was scheduled for a colonoscopy with a check in time of 0800. I arrived onetime and was asked to sit in the waiting room. It was pretty full as expected with each patient needing a driver. I was called back to the desk 15 min later for my ID and insurance, I confirmed I completed the prep and was asked to return to waiting area. 10 minutes later I was called to the back. I was taken to a room and asked to undress except may keep on bra and socks, and put on gown and place all personal belongings into a bag with my patient ID label. Was taken to a bay of recliners separated by curtains where my medical history was reviewed by nurse, IV was started (honoring my request to avoid AC) member of anesthesia came to review pertinent history and allergies. I was offered warm blankets and was assisted to recline. I waited a short while and was walked to the procedure room. I was helped onto the table and covered with warm blankets. Anesthesiology, and Dr Adkisson confirmed my procedure and I took a nap. I woke up and was assisted with getting dressed and into a wheelchair, IV was removed and was taken to a debrief room. Once my husband/ride was present, the Dr came in and reviewed my test results and gave me souvenir pictures and told what side effects I might experience and when to notify them. I was then wheeled to the side discharge door where my husband picked me up. This place was a well oiled machine. Everyone was polite and efficient. I was pleased with the staff and my care here. Total time was 2h15m. See ya in the next 7-10 years :)"
