"I called to make an appointment and verify they take my insurance. They said yes andade an appointment for me. I arrived for my appointment and the desk lady said they do NOT take insurance. Wasted my time and delayed my care. I'll never use West Florida Medical Center again."

"I've been calling for an appointment since May 2023. It is now July 2023. I came in person to find out face-to-face about an appointment simply to get one form signed. As soon as I got here and mentioned how long I've been trying to get ahold of someone, she immediately knew my name. They do NOT return calls when you leave messages (even waiting two weeks for return call, which is more than enough time!). They do NOT care about trying to help you with anything. The utter unprofessional attitude and lack of care with the downright ignoring patients is disappointing and utterly appalling. Medical Center Clinic, you really need to fix this. People are not being done with the respect they deserve with so much as a call back. How this is allowed to happen is beyond me. I can't go anywhere else as ALL my history is here so I MUST get this form signed HERE. So, I guess it's back to the Neverending cycle of call, leave message, be ignored and wait some more."

"This is the worst medical front office in Pensacola. Impossible to communicate or make follow-up appointments requested by a doctor. Because of delays, we are going to another hospital for surgery. Fix this or you will continue to lose patients."
