As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer a range of services including walk-in care, behavioral health care, women's care, pediatric care, and dental care.
Our clinic-to-community healthcare model ensures that high-quality care is available to all members of the community. We are funded by local and regional community partners, as well as individual support. Community Health Northwest Florida, of which we are a part, is a Federal Tort Claims Act Deemed Facility, providing HHS funding and Federal Public Health Service deemed status.
We offer interpretation services for patients with limited English proficiency and have a nurse on call for after-hours consultations. In case of emergency, please dial 911. For assistance with opioid addiction, call 850.477.HELP (4357).

"This clinic is severely lacking in professionalism and manners. You essentially have to fight in order to get healthcare of any sort. The clerical staff are all highly unprofessional and I find that they are generally rude. It is like pulling teeth to get proper care from this facility. I had a referral put in February 2022, it took until June for that referral to be sent anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous."
