"Spent lots of taxpayer's $$ on a beautiful build with little thoughts for limited-mobility veterans. Handicap parking are few & not close to building, once inside, everything is spread out, few wheelchairs available, not much thought given to amblatory disabled vs architecture. Better planning next time with more entrances related to actual interior clinics would make a world of difference."

"I checked in about 15 minutes before my appointment. Waited over an hour after checking and still did not get seen. Watched 11 people check in after me. I have to take my landlord to her radiation appointment 5 days a week at noon. I can't sit here waiting like a damn puppet, I have things to get done. I was supposed to have my stitches removed. I'll do it myself."

"I went to get a new ID card, the lady told me I was not in the system and I needed to fill out paperwork she handed me paperwork to fill out and told me I was done to give it back to her. Then she proceeded to close up and she either left or took an hour and a half lunch break because her door was closed and the lights are off . After waiting for her for a while we decided to go home and I proceeded to get online And found out I was in a system so I took the advice of another veteran and went to the VA in the villages, and they were absolutely wonderful and I got my ID card that day. I would tell anybody not to use this VA Until they clean house and get somebody in there who cares about veterans"

"Horrible staff and doctors. Broke hand on Thursday and after er visit called to make appointment for follow up. Told me wait 7 days. Er told me not to wait more than 3 days as I would have to get my shattered hand pinned. Called va 3 times and they said I wasn't able to leave a message with my primary and when I walk in on Monday, they say come back Wednesday. This is 1 week from the day it happened. Still no answers and they just don't care at all! Do not use va if you can Help it!!!!!!!!"

"Have only had a couple of adventures with the staff there! Both times they did what they said they would so I have to say so far, so good. I am very grateful for the VA and the many benefits they afford me that have really helped me continue in my retirement in an eceonomy that continues to increase at a rapid pace. The VA has been a heaven sent."
