"My child started seeing Dr Pablo Alumna at the 60th Street office about 2 years ago, she is autistic, and Dr Alumna has been very good with her, it took months before she would respond to him verbally but because he always talks directly to her and lets her know exactly where he was going to touch her and what for she would cooperate. My daughter besides being extremely private about her body doesn’t like to be touched but for “Dr Pablo” cooperates, he is amazing with her and she doesn’t mind going to the doctor’s as long has she has Dr Pablo."
"The doctors are generally good. However, it has been consistent in our many years with this office that prescriptions don't get sent to the pharmacy unless you call and remind them multiple times. Additionally, I've experienced frequent appointment time changes with no notification, long wait times, distracted receptionists, and even missed appointments because there is NO parking, or because the telehealth provider just never shows up to the appointment. (But they want us to respect THEIR time and be on time.) I was told this happens because the providers are scheduled for two simultaneous appointments, which is absurd. I know we all want to be able to be in two places at once, but it isn't possible yet. When a provider has two simultaneous appointments, someone is getting screwed. The people in this office need to ask themselves, is this the kind of care I would accept for my children? Because I'm done with accepting this care for my own children for the sake of convenience and a short drive. Meeting with a new pediatrician in a couple of weeks. Finally over it."
