"Went in for chest pain, treated immediately and then spent some time in ER. They turned me every which way for CT's, labs and more labs, and ruled out initial symptoms. An ugly panic attack. But, did find out my thyroid was fine, BP too high, Excellent staff, techs, and doctors. Feeling happy at verdict, went home and slept for two days. Yes. AdventHealth Care Pavilion Hospital is clean, professional, caring; and hospital food isn't like Mom makes it. Love them."

"Been here twice and second time I wasn’t able to get labs because they lie about their hours. They’re rude and lazy. Claim I don’t have insurance when I went to a different facility an hour before I went here and had no problems. I would avoid at all cost. They definitely treat those of a different skin color differently"

"My first visit with Dr. Bharwani. Best session I have ever had with a physician. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough for everything we discussed. The entire staff, especially Issac, was very helpful. I look forward to a long relationship."

"Overall, this place is amazing. I will give a rundown of the various things I noticed. Outside: The building itself looks clean and new, but the foliage and greenery could use some work. The parking lot is sparse and there is a lot of dead space that could benefit from some plants and trees. Plant some wildflowers and native shrubs, I promise the green is so pleasant to the eyes! Immediately Inside: the reception area is clearly distinguished, there are about 4 or 5 receptionists at the desk at any given time. When they greet you, they say, "Welcome to AdventHealth, how can I care for you today?" I know it's scripted, but they say it in such a way that is very genuine. You feel welcomed, never rushed or intimidated by anyone's attitude or behavior. James and Liz took care of me and my appointments, and I've got to say that the hospitality and kindness shocked me. Liz went out of her way to talk to some higher-ups to see if I could shadow some of the doctors at the center. Thank you so much Liz and James! Experience with the Doctor: Doctor Patel took care of me today. His demeanor was very welcoming, sincere, and empathetic. When I talked to him about my concerns, he never rushed me or pressed me to think that it may be something else. He performed some mobility tests on my trouble leg, but I wish he explained what the tests were and how he could use them to learn more about my concern. However, he took the time to ask me if I had any other concerns or worries, and even agreed to do an MRI for my leg despite him suspecting that it was not needed. When I asked him about certain questions, he pulled out an anatomical model and explained what was going on. Overall, he was extremely attentive to me, I never felt like I was being looked down upon, and I appreciate his stellar hospitality. Thank you Dr. Patel, you are awesome! Nurses and Blood Test Technicians: Again, very kind ladies who took the time to guide me to different areas of the center to get my tests done. Always a smile on their faces and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and confident in the procedures I had to get done. The blood test was quick and (almost) painless. Thank you! Imaging Center: I already left a separate review for the TimberRidge imaging center that's within the plaza, but essentially it was a 5-star experience there too. I'd recommend this healthcare plaza to anyone I cared about. It's the best care I've received all-around. Please don't ever change!"

"Absolutely fantastic! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Their website/App allows you to see details about yourself, including options to choose an appointment, see your lab results, your prescriptions, and more. Dr. Ahmed was great! He asked many questions and listened to every detail and all my concerns. I never felt rushed. The nurse who took my blood work was a pro! I was in and out in 2 minutes, and it was almost completely painless. Test results were the same day via the app. The building is so clean and peaceful. They even have a section where you can purchase coffee and baked goods. I highly recommend them and will continue to return for as long as I need. Nurse Rene was also so helpful. I had some concerns about the meds I was prescribed, and she was able to answer all my questions, Thank you everyone!"
