"Ordered 2 pizzas from Dominos, our delivery driver realized we were missing our garlic sauces…without hesitation he went straight back to the store to get our sauces. He was so apologetic and more than professional to come back with our stuff. I can’t thank him enough…THANK YOU BERNARD…Bernard needs a raise! Thank you again."

"The whole free emergency pizza commercials you see, are totally real. I've ordered twice in the last 5 days and have qualified for my free pizza already. They do not associate with Doordash or Uber Ears and at first I thought it was going to affect my food arrival time negatively. However, it did just the opposite. By Dominoes delivering my Pizza, it was quickly at my door, felt like 10 minutes and it was still super hot bcus of the pizza carrier they use that doordash/ Uber doesn't. Dominoes has really upped their game¹!"

"I just placed an order for curbside. I ordered it online and my husband picked it up. He brought my two daughters along because I was working and it’s hard to take them both in and out as one is handicap so curbside is the best option. I do not get off of work until 5 hours from now. 10pm. I placed my order at 4:45pm. You do the math. My husband gets more and I ask where the other pizza is and the icing for the cinnamon sticks. We were missing both, ok let me call. I call dominos and ask if I can get a refund for the missing items as we cannot make it back up over 20 minutes away to pick up a pizza that should have been brought out to begin with. This is not my fault nor my husbands fault but the fault of whatever employee packaged and brought of the food. The employee over the phone advised me that I can get a “credit to my account” but no refund. What is a credit going to do? I don’t want pizza from your establishment anymore. I still don’t see a credit to my account. I asked if I can get it delivered to me in which he very rudely told me no. Poor customer service, no empathy, and poor management. I will be writing corporate as well as CFBP once I’m done with this review. I called at 5:14pm on 8/30/23 so whatever employee that was, needs to learn how to treat customers. Extremely rude. I’ll get my money back from my bank. This is frustrating. Drive 20 minutes for a cold pizza? No thank you. Get it right next time. Hire new employees who understand customer service. My business orders all the time from your establishment, not anymore."

"They were very busy so I waited a few minutes more than usual. Worth the wait my hand tossed with Alfredo sauce spinach and mushrooms was delicious! Soft with just the right crispy crunch. So nice to have ingredients to the edge. The crew was friendly"
