Little Caesars Pizza

"We were going to order 4 pizzas so we called ahead to order them. After a sigh the employee on the phone hung up. Tried to call them back, no answer. We went in person and they told us it would be an hour wait. We waited and left in a hurry, which was our bad. Of course all of the pizzas (Pretzel crust) were wrong. We paid for 4 pretzel crust pizzas and got 0. They didn't even have the correct sauce. These were each 3 bucks more than a regular pizza. We reached out about it and never heard back. This place sucks."

"I even waited 10-15 minutes for a fresh pizza so it was crispy.. I asked the lady and she said she will put make it crispy.. I think there’s too many people inside and a distraction on focusing.. when I say I didn’t even wanna eat pizza anymore I ate one slice and realized it’s not even fully cooked.. nor is it crispy at all.. disappointing and annoying to pay and wait for food and have it come out unacceptable."

"Cheap pizzas but they are not bad, I recommend the $6 lunch box, it is worth it if you want to spend little. They always have pizzas ready to go and if you use the app you can buy in advance and when you arrive you don't have to wait or talk to anyone."

"Buy here a couples times a month, usually just a stuffed crust for the kids. Never had any issues with the food, and in the past couple years the employees have at least been on top of things. Tonight was a different story, the two young guys that where working ( at least the two I saw, one who charged me, the other who gave me a crazy look and then walked to the back) where next level, beyond bored of life and rude! They’re lucky it was me and not my wife picking up the food, she’s not as forgiving as I am. I made the mistake of not opening the pizza boxes before leaving, and the thin crust must have been flung like a frisbee into the box and half cooked. Tried calling after I got home at 9:30, no answer. I was gonna go back and get my self in trouble, but not worth it. But I will be calling tomorrow and expect a full refund for the $17 I paid for the melted pile of soft dough with toppings. I have been noticing lately a lot of local franchise places are allowing young kids to run the show later in the evening without any guidance or supervision. And a lot of rude and obnoxious behavior on top of bad service and bad food quality, and it definitely feels like the business owners just don’t care as long as someone is there to run the place and collect the money. Very disturbing and disappointing."
