Ma-se Sushi Eatery is a unique dining experience located at 182 West State Road 434 in Longwood, Florida. Our restaurant offers lunch service from Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, and dinner service from Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
When you walk through our doors, you will be greeted with a warm "Irasshaimase!" which means "Welcome to our store!" in Japanese. The name "MASE" is a nod to honorific expressions in Japanese, and also translates to "Welcome" in Thai.
At Ma-se Sushi Eatery, we are committed to providing our guests with a culinary experience like no other. Our menu features fresh and local ingredients, carefully crafted to bring new flavors and innovative dishes to your table. Yesterday I was so tired from work, and I wanted to try some good food then I found this hidden gem with very very fresh ingredients in Longwood, Florida. I highly recommend especially if you are a fan of Otoro, Shima Aji, Uni, Hamachi, and Fatty Aburi Salmon. Thank you Chef CL Ma-se and MA-SE SUSHI EATERY, this reminded me of Japan!!!!"
"Fantastic little place with excellent prices for their lunch special. You get 20 pieces of sushi and a side for $10-$14?! Crazy deal. The food here was great; however, I thought the sushi was better than the kapow pork that I got... Not that it was bad, just a bit bland. I will be coming back here to try out new dishes!"
"Heard so much about this place and had to try it... Went in for a business lunch last week and the place is super cool, clean with a great atmosphere. The server was very attentive and the food was fresh and oh so good! They have a great lunch special - which includes a salad with 2 sushi rolls. The Rose Tea is my new favorite drink. You have to check out this cute small place that packs a flavorful punch with their food!"

For the kitchen side, appetizers and Thai food are brilliant, Ka Pow Pork is the MUST. Once you step into this restaurant you will feel like home, great atmosphere, and nice friendly staff.
