"I have ordered Marco‘s pizza a number of times for myself or for me and my grandchildren, and we have always had great service and great pizza with no problems ever! I am going to order another pizza in a few minutes for New Year’s Eve and can’t wait to get it!"

"It probably doesn't hurt that they're a 2- or 3-minute walk from home, but in time rhey've become my new favorite chain pizza, great at least for a casual take-out on a Friday night... and yet I'm still reluctant to give even 3 stars, their website and app are just *that bad.* When they first moved in, they'd advertise with coupon codes that didn't actually work. Over time, their (at least mobile) website and Android app have gotten progressively worse, recently graduatiing from "nearly impossible to place an order from" to.... literally impossible. That's not an exaggeration, and judging from the app's 1.6 star rating, with 1 star being the minimum rating possible, I can confidently say it's not just me. This problem now being years in the making, it's hard not to hold it against them. Considering they now have over 1,000 stores, I can't help but wonder how much business they're losing over something so crucial & relatively basic, and why they've gone this long without just throwing a bunch of money at finally remedying the problem. In any case, the pizza really is good! We typically just go with the Pepperoni Magnifico, and the Hot Honey Magnifico is surprisingly excellent, too!"

"Very disappointing! We have eaten here since they opened and we eat out ALOT. Pizza used to be very consistant and good but the last couple of times have put this place on our NEVER AGAIN list. The pizza is now thrown together, sloppy, too much sauce, floopy when you pick up everything falls off and so greasy when picked drips everywhere and the bottom is all wet. The customer service is so poor as I told her(lowe) not to give us a 3 inch wide crust and make it well done! Of course she DID NOT acknowledge this, acted like she did not understand and DID NOT care. Pizza was everything we did not want and as we were eating(dine in) with my 7 yr old grandson, she was flipping off someone in the kitchen! Sooo goodbye Marco's..hopefully you get good management and then employee's might shape up. Credit card machine did not work and name board on wall did not work. Going down fast! (Note to owner): This is enough to alert you....I dont need to fill out your feedback form, I have done enough just writing this review!"

"I ordered double old world pepperoni but the quantity looks less than the normal portion."
