"Ordered 2 pizzas and wait over 90 mins for the pizza by the time we received it everything was cold. At least the driver was empathetic. Also you can’t cancel your order!!! So was pretty much stuck!"
"Pizzas weren't ready in time when I arrived for pickup & had to wait a bit, but thought I'd at least have 3 fresh, hot pizzas. Instead all 3 were lousy. It was almost like they had been sitting around for awhile, were dry, & there were issues with most toppings. Not sure what happened, but these were the worst Pizzas we've had in years, & have had far better from this location in the past."
"Wow they sent me TWO pizzas both burnt!! This is only the second time I order from them and what a shame the manager could not take care of me properly. First pizza burnt that I paid for plus tip, the sent a free one and that one is burnt as well. The manager refused to send me another pizza even though I had both pizzas ready for them to see and take back if they wanted. I don’t appreciate being sent bad food that I paid for and then being treated poorly. Customer service should be the most important!!"
