"Do not put your health in jeopardy by going here. I was a patient for a number of years but the place has turned into a corporate machine since Dr. Panzer passed away. There are too many patients and they forget to order tests, miss crucial diagnoses, and take a month to process a referral. Another review mentioned that they missed kidneys losing function. That seems to be a common thing. They completely miss important indicators of health."

""Marina" I had the pleasure of being treated by Doctor Rocky. Visually, he explained everything to me clearly. And I understood at the moment but when I returned home , I was completely confused. I called back and had the blessing of speaking to Marina. She was extremely pleasant, soft, listen, knowledgeable and I could feel the cared on the other end of the line from her. "VERY Impressed with Ocala Family Medical staff. I had a 6:20 AM lab and a 4:45 PM echocardiogram appointment. I received a call from Caroline twice to connect with me and offered me to come in at 7 AM to do my echocardiogram so I wouldn’t have to come in twice that day. She offered to come in an hour earlier than her normal arrival time just to take care of me! THAT was impressive! That was just the beginning. I signed in at 6 AM and was walking to the labs and SHE greeted me at 6:05 another hour earlier! and told her to see me as soon as I was out of my blood draw. Two minutes later I was called in for my blood draw, and that gentleman was awesome as I didn’t even feel it! I just want to say that that is outstanding care, above and beyond impressed with the staff at Ocala Family Medical! In today’s day, it’s just unheard of for people to go the extra mile to take care of you. I highly recommend Ocala Family Medical have been going there for 10 years and my children also went there as well, and have always been satisfied!"

"I absolutely love Dr. West. I have been seeing her for about 8 years now. She always listens to me and directs me into the right direction for my health needs. Very happy to have her as my doctor and trust her with my health. Very highly recommended. Her staff is amazing as well. They will always make sure your referrals, messages get to where they need to go."

"If I could give this establishment a zero star review I would. One of the worst facilities in present time. I have been a patient of this facility since I was 9 years old. Now 30 years old. So it’s been a long time. They’ve recently within the last couple years changed the way they check people in. These people at check in and check out have no customer service skills at all. The call center to make appointments suck. The nurses are great and the doctors are great. But that’s how health care is suppose to be the rest of the team is so unprofessional. Oh and if you’re looking to find a doctor who’s not scheduling months out for any visit good luck. Because right now for most providers is 2-4 months out even for simple things. I 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE. Look else where, where the people actually care about helping you. I’m convinced since the check in ladies today wanted to blame NEW MANAGEMENT UNDER A PRIVATE OWNER, said it’s how they want things done, that they only care about taking your money and making themselves rich screw the patients is the attitude this place gives off."
