"My experience on the 6th floor was amazing. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant. Answered my light quickly. My nurse was always asking me if I needed anything. They made my stay very comfortable."
"The staff were great... .I did have an incident with some cranberry juice..after surgery I was real thirsty, and had cranberry juice, but it has expired 2 weeks prior. And I ended up spitting it up.. one of the nurses said it shouldn't be that bad..BUT, IT WAS HORRIBLE...IT EVEN HAD A HORRIBLE SMELL.. BUT OVERALL THE HOSPITAL AND STAFF WERE GREAT..."

"I was very impressed (as I have always have been) with your nursing staff and medical assistants. The nursing staff did all they could to help me relieve my pain, which I truly appreciated. The medical assistants were great about coming quickly, despite needing them often. I only wish there wasn't over a 3 hour wait to go back in the ER."
"I had gone to the ER at Timber Ridge because I could barely breathe. They immediately started taking care of me. Chest x-rays and other tests. I was told I had pneumonia. I was taken by ambulance to Advent Health in Ocala and admitted. By that time I was in agony,fighting for every breath, in lots of pain and wishing for death so I didn't have to endure any more. The staff at Advent Health was amazing, the nurses,doctors, technicians and even the people who brought me meals. They me comfortable as possible while at the same time making sure I got the medicine I needed and constantly checking my vitals to see how I was doing. Everyone was friendly and compassionate. They made me feel like I was their only patient and me getting better was their only concern. I had never experienced anything like that before in a hospital. One week and many tests later,I walked out of there feeling glad that this is where I was taken. Even the food was good( I think I might have even gained a few pounds) I've told everyone I know about how great I was treated. Advent Health is a fantastic hospital with an extremely caring staff. I hope I never have to go to a hospital again, but if I do,I'll make sure it's there. Thank you"
