"Super nice guy behind the counter. But, I asked if the sub rolls were soft, he said yes. It was as hard as a Publix rolls. Left Publix and went to Subway because of softer bread. Should have just got it at Publix"
"Progressively they make the order I have worse and worse. The first few times it was an ingredient missing here or there. No biggie. More recently they have switched the toppings on the subs completely! I wanted ingredients on sub #1 but they would put it on sub #2 and vice versa. Keep in mind we ordered online and nobody was at the shop when we arrived in the evening. How can the people working there mess up do badly?"
"Placed an online order, said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Show up at 6:45pm after it says it's ready and the store is closed. Even though the open sign is on the door is locked and all the food is clearly put away and no sign of my order. I'll bw disputing this charge with the bank."
"We made it there twice to get the new brisket sandwich and they were out third time they had it it was really good guess that's why it was sold out good food decently clean restrooms were okay will go back but restrooms do you need attention"
