Wendy's

"Ladies restroom needed attention. There was garbage in the sink, one of the toilets were "dirty" on the seat. We stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes before someone came to help. There were 3 employees working on the drive through and not one of them said anything to us, even they ALL looked our way. My husband ordered (from the menu board) a Strawberry frosty. The young man said, "That sign is 2 years old, we don't have Strawberryno more" I ordered the frosty-ccino, not good at all. It tastes like the coffee is super old, it's not drinkable. Probably won't be back to this store for all of the aforementioned reasons."

"The new thing that Wendy's advertises is always having fresh fries. I've been to this location twice and neither time did I get fresh fries. They were old, disgusting, and cold. They do not uphold the way the Wendy's corporation wants service to be done."

"The management here is awful. I stood at the counter and told the lady I was looking over the menu and when I needed her, I would get her attention. The manager kept screaming at her saying there were customers up front. And she would walk around and see me, I told her she was good and I’ll let her know when I needed help. The manager again kept screaming at her to help me. I told the manager she was fine and I was still looking over the menu. And proceeds to try and take my order after I said I was still looking. He got mad and stormed off. When I was ready, I told the lady she could take my order, and she walked over to help me. As soon as she got to the register, he took over and started demanding her numbers. I told him I didn’t want him to take my order, and he told her to walk away. Management needs to change, and needs to learn to respect their employees. The staff was nice, but the manager needs to be fired. He is always cocky and mean to the employees. I will be staying away from this Wendy’s until he is gone."

"Restaurant canceled my first Doordash order so I would not be able to get the site-promised $5 discount, which was only applicable to one order and could not be reused (even if the initial order was cancelled; I know). I placed a second order, paid full price, and got an edge-to-edge undercooked cheeseburger with about half a slice of bacon instead of two full slices. Very disappointing; usually I don’t have issues with this location, but after being cheated out of a sale and then served undercooked beef, I’m hesitant about ordering from here ever again."
