"Employees talk on their phones way too much. I sat in the parking lot for 15 damn minutes wanting on my order bc THREE employees just had to be on their phones rather than serve the customers in the drive thru"

"Stopped for something quick to eat wait was longer then I thought but Customer service was really awesome especially with the young lady that served me tonight and they even threw in extra food for the wait will definitely go again just because of how good the customer service was and how fast they was trying to do orders :)"

"At this particular Burger King location, if you place an order that customizes "no" something, there's a 50-50 chance that it will get made the standard way with it on there anyway. Extremely hit or miss. Some employees are great, pay attention to your specifications and prepare the food correctly - but the others only make it one way."

"Stopped here for a quick bite during a road trip. Brenda was the counter person. She was friendly and helpful with our order, extra points for being nice. We ordered a Whopper, large fries, large onion rings, and a large fountain drink. Order was 100% correct and everything tasted good as far as fast food goes. The facility was well-organized and (compared with previous Burger Kings in Florida) actually clean. The bathrooms were also very clean✅️ We would stop here again if we had a fast food craving and are driving through the area."

"I wish I could give zero stars!! I do not eat Burger King I do not like it. However my husband likes it. So he went there tonight; while there no employees were in dress code! The only one in dress code was a nice young man I believe to be named Jeremy. Black shirt and ripped jeans; or black shirt and sweat pants; not to mentation one girl was wearing a hair cap for the shower!! What dress code is that. Not to mention one girl is wearing Nike FLIP FLOPS no socks and one was half wearing their shoes. Then we get to the food; my husband orders a bacon king meal and I got just a drink. He ask for no mayo due to his allergies. We get our cups no ice in the machine; and 60% of the sodas were out; no lids for large cups. And the lobby area a disaster not cleanned! As we are waiting for our food one employee was leaning over the counter and just talking with the others not being professional at all. When we get our food and to the car he checks his sandwich there is mayo on the sandwich. When we asked for them to remake it we got told mayo doesn’t come on the sandwich. And they tried to argue with us about how mayo doesn’t come on sandwich if mayo doesn’t come on it why would we ask for no mayo then!! When he got his fresh food we went back to the car and we were watched as he checked the food!! Very disappointed and disgusted with the visit."
