She is consistently friendly, thorough, and professional. I really appreciate that because customer service is lacking in so many places and some people show they don't want to be there."

"Had to finish my Christmas grocery shopping today. It is 46 degrees outside and I was freezing in Walmart! It was a miserable shopping experience. People were walking around obviously freezing like me. One lady had a blanket wrapped around her. I shopped as quickly as I could just to get out of the store! Sure would hate to work in that environment all day. TURN ON SOME HEAT!!"

"I stopped there to go to the pharmacy and pick up my 85-year-old mother's prescription on the way home from the doc with her. I got in line and got called to the counter. Told them I was picking up a prescription. Give them the name. The girl looks it up. I verified the date of birth and she said it hasn't been filled. I said it was called in three to four hours ago by the doctor. She is like hang on just a minute and then It's not filled yet so you can pick it up tomorrow morning. I said that's not an option because I drove an hour to my mom's house to pick her up. Take her to the doctor. And cant do this again the next day? They were literally minutes from closing though and one of the girls in the back said basically we're closing. They had attitudes for some reason and were not friendly. long story short they filled the prescription in just a couple minutes and I was out the door. I just don't understand why it's such a big deal but they said that the priorities are given to people shopping in the store rather than phone in prescriptions."

"Too much shelf space devoted to their own brand. Never any help in any department if you need it other than paint, auto, electronics, the dressing room, and the pharmacy They don't give you a discount to check your own groceries out...or pay you to do it for them. Too many items in the store that were made in China....you know?...the country that would like to see America fall."

"Always has what I need in stock. Clean (most of the time), aisles clear, helpful employees. Self checkout is quick, and there are always other lanes open if you don't want to self checkout."
