Papa Johns Pizza

"Disgraceful, floppy soggy cold pizza with crust almost as thin as a lasagna noodle. I cannot believe i was charged 33 dollars for soggy cold bread. Easily reminded me of the garbage Middle School cafeteria pizzas. Rubbery, flavorless, trash. Textured like calamari, dripping with liquid that is not identifiable. The stuffed crust is like chewing on a sponge wrapped in old leather. An absolute waste of money, time and energy. You would be better off eating mud from Black Creek and seasoning it with big old plump palmetto bugs."

"We hadn't ordered from Papa John's in more than a year as the last time the food was not good, but decided to give them a try again. It took an hour and forty minutes to get the food, when it original said 25 minutes. Door dash driver said he didn't have the correct address and didn't know where to find us, but when we called the store to ask where are food was, the manager was rude, and even hung up on my husband. She said you have a problem complain on line, so here we are. We called back after about another 20 minutes passed and the Manager once again was rude, said not her problem, deal with door dash and hung up again! If the store you order from takes no responsibility and is completely rude and keeps hanging up on you, then what kind of customer service are they providing? None I guess! Never again Papa Johns! Last chance!"

"Placed an order with them and had to call back over an hr later to see where our order was and it seemed that I was talking to a 6 year old. No discount would be provided due to their error? So we gladly cancelled and will shop elsewhere for lack of support and professionalism. Not impressed with this Papa Johns at all. Save your money and headaches and go to Pizza Hut, Dominos etc!"

"We haven't ordered from this Papa John's in probably 3 or 4 years because the last 2 orders were terrible. Tonight we decided to give it another shot because garlic sauce still exists and wow, they must have an entirely new crew now because our order tonight was perfection. No bubbles, perfect distribution of toppings, great customer service...I could go on. Wednesday night crew, you're killing it!"

"Ordered 1 pizza 1 cheese sticks 1 cookie. Delivered: 2 cheese sticks 1 cookie no pizza. They promised a fresh pizza. Next driver Delivered the original old pizza not hot or fresh but lukewarm and box covered in grease where it had sat the whole time. At least make it right when you screw up. Wasn’t a cheap order just expect better. Both drivers very nice."
