"Ordered my pizzas at 5:35 pm and was told it would be ready 6:15. Got there at 6:05...patiently waited. After waiting for half an hour, I asked if the pizza was ready yet, it had NOT even been prepared! I did NOT get my pizzas until 6:42!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! You would THINK, to make it better, the manager would have NOT charged for the pizzas....BUT THEY CHARGED ME THE REGULAR PRICE...NO DISCOUNT FOR THEIR ISSUE!!!!"

"The meat to cheese ratio was not bad, the cheese to sauce ratio below standards, sauce to dough ratio horrible. Pizza was dry and needed to have more equal ingredients. Cheesesticks were on point !!! My favorite part of the meal. The garlic parm boneless chicken was decent. Chicken was cooked well but it could of used more dredging in the sauce it was on the dry side. Overall I was satisfied but not happy with my Big Box. I would order again but with a lot of extra instructions on how I want my food to be cooked."
