"3 stars because they no longer offer a gluten free bread option. I recommend a lettuce wrap over the salad option. The quality of the salad ingredients do not compare at all to sandwich ingredients. Nice try but not a do over on the salad. The others who are able to eat sandwiches enjoyed their meals."
"I tried the Hook and Ladder sandwich on wheat bread and the Loaded potato soup both were very good."
"Walked in and ordered 2 meatball subs (both the same) and 8 meatballs in a bowl. Received the order and went home. Looked in the bag to find only 1 sub and the meatballs in a bowl. They also left off the pickle. We will NEVER go back there. Extremely poor service!!!"
"Firehouse Subs no longer gives you the option to call in your food order (requires you to order online instead). Not sure what happened to giving “the paying customer” the option, be we just opted to go elsewhere instead. Here’s the best part, when you call their number it says to “Press 3” to speak to a manager, but when you do it automatically disconnects the call (I tried multiple times). It’s really ashamed, short of just a couple places out there real customer service is dead. No plans to re-visit this restaurant any time soon."
"Stopped in to pickup something to take home for dinner. Service was very friendly to assist me with my order and put it together. Great selection of hot and cold subs. I ordered the Engineer, something different from the normal sub shop. Food is great, will definitely be back."
