"Always had a great brisket! Very moist and tender. Hostess was prompt in seating us. Our waitress was great and answered our questions. Very attentive to our table."
"My wife, daughter and myself waited to be seated for 5 minutes. At least 2 waitresses saw us waiting but never acknowledged us to say, they would be with us. The two ladies upfront didn't acknowledge us either, however the cook did nod his head. I didn't mind the wait, but not to be acknowledge is unacceptable! I've dined at Bono's in the past, and ordered to go on many occasions, plus I tip very well. I hope they get it together."
"We ordered some meat for our daughter's baby shower. There was a mishap however the manager took care everything. It was an hour late for us getting it but because of the way the manager handle things, we didn't mind. I would definitely order from there again"
"We've eaten here many times, and the quality of the food keeps slipping. We are hopeful they can turn it around. Tonight I ordered the Sloppy Pig with Fries. The sandwich itself was okay, just a little Bland. The coleslaw had no flavor and added nothing to the flavor which is unfortunate because I usually love this combination. I asked for my fries to be cooked crispy & they were not. They were limp as spaghetti. I also ordered fried squash which was watery, Bland and undercooked. I did not finish them. My wife ordered a turkey and sausage combo with sweet potato and it was fine. All in all I was disappointed in my food, but remain hopeful that this restaurant can turn it around and get back to being top knotch."
