"Imagine your favorite dish from your local Chinese take out place, then upscale it. That's essentially how I see Ginger Bistro. Instead of food made as fast as possible and packed in plastic containers, you get well prepared food, made with quality ingredients, and served beautifully in elegant surroundings. You can still get Gen Tso's, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and egg rolls, but they'll be elegantly plated and served in a manner you'd expect from a high end restaurant. We've eaten here at least half a dozen times now and have yet to be disappointed. If you have the chance to visit in the early afternoon, I highly recommend you try their Dim Sum menu. This was the first place I've tried those little dumplings, and I'm hooked on them now!"
