Acqua Pazza Coastal Italian Restaurant

"We really wanted to enjoy this place. Overall, we were relatively disappointed. Based on reviews, we made reservations. When we arrived, around the lunch hour, there was only 1 table seated. The entire place was empty. The hostess/waitress did not look or verify reservation (no big deal, it was dead). However, the reservation asked if you were celebrating anything. We were there for our one year wedding anniversary. No acknowledgment of that (i wasn’t expecting anything but I like when your waiter/res acknowledge these little things). We ordered the arancini and they were really good. Apparently that day it included sausage inside but I couldn’t find it. We both ordered drinks- nice and strong no complaints. As we were still eating our appetizer, the food came out. The carbonara was a let down. It just sorta lacked something. Looking at the reviews, the dish looked amazing. We did not eat dessert. For a coastal Italian we were also let down that there were no seafood dishes on the lunch menu. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The waitress was not personable. A little awkward. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. I hope this review helps the place make adjustments and improve as I know they are new."

"Great customer service. Thomas was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to make sure we were taken care of. We loved the pistachio tiramisu and coffee/espresso. The Mussel appetizer with the bread was wonderful. Girlfriend loved the mermaid cocktail. Sweet tea was awesome. I had the spaghetti and meatballs only complain sauce was bland salt, pepper an extra parm fixed it quick. We will be back and will ask for Thomas."

"What a cute restaurant. The atmosphere is great and the food is even better. We had squash blossoms to start which were absolutely amazing. The Carbonara was my favorite out of the dishes we ordered but everything was tasty and our server Jose was awesome. We went back a few days later for lunch and our soups/sandwiches were great sized portions and very tasty."

"Had lunch here yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The inside is beautiful. My husband had the slow roast pork and broccoli rabe panini. It's served with an au jus, he said it was delicious. He also had a caesar salad which was great. I had the arancini appetizer which was amazing. The chef changes the fillings regularly which I think is a great idea. These were risotto, goat cheese and sundried tomato. The sauce with them was outstanding. Our waitress, Blaire, was very knowledgeable about the menu and making drink recommendations to go with our meals. So many interesting items on the menu. I'm looking forward to going back for dinner!"

"Excellent meal. Homemade lobster ravioli were fabulous. Drinks were great. Atmosphere was great. Hailey was our server and she was fantastic. Attentive, professional, and a very nice person. Try this place out. We will be back for sure."
