Oak and Stone

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oak and Stone, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy yet sophisticated, with beautiful oak accents that added a touch of warmth to the space. The star of the evening, however, was undoubtedly our waitress, Caroline. From the moment we were seated, Caroline greeted us with a warm smile and impeccable professionalism. She guided us through the menu with expert knowledge, recommending dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. Throughout the meal, she ensured that we had everything we needed, never missing a beat. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience truly elevated the evening. The food itself was outstanding, with each dish crafted to perfection using high-quality ingredients. From the wood-fired pizzas to the tender steaks, every bite was a delight. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere made for a truly memorable dining experience. I cannot recommend Oak and Stone, and especially Caroline, highly enough. Five stars all around!"

"We sat downstairs at the bar. Joey and Sarah were cheerful, fun bartenders. They treated us like new friends. We were made to feel welcome and were so glad to be there. There was a great cool breeze coming in through an open wall across from us. Upstairs is a big outdoor space with a view of Wellen Park. The food was well presented, tasty, and came out quickly. The beer selection is vast and self-serve for tasting and pints. Wine and mixed drinks were prepared with care. I have no suggestions for improvement because everything was managed so well to ensure we had a positive experience. Well done management, and thanks again to Sarah and Joey. "Great spot for brunch. They are pet friendly and has lots of seating outdoors. We asked for a shady spot but they seated us in the corner farthest from the entrance where it was actually really sunny. Make sure to bring a hat, shades and sun screen if sitting outdoors at daytime. Our server was attentive and friendly. They brought some water for our friend’s pup. The menu has something for everyone. I got the avocado toast on biscuit. Got 3 biscuits and 2 eggs…for some reason? Wish the biscuits were loaded with avocado rather than a smear as you can see in the photo the edges of the biscuits don’t have avocado on them. For the price I think it should be overflowing with avocado. Tasted great tho and the eggs were cooked the way I like them. Biscuits were good but I didn’t need three. I got the coffee martini. They have bottomless mimosa for brunch. Martini came with a donut. It was good but I’ve had coffee martinis before and this had less of a coffee flavor. Still passable."

"Service was excellent, during happy hour which runs from 3pm to 6pm. The pizza and cauliflower were great, and I would recommend them at the happy hour price. The beer wall is novel but I could see it getting expensive. It is great to be able to have half a beer or make your own taster menu. The roof deck is refeshing and worth the stop in."

"Incredible experience! From the delicious food, to the amazing drinks and the beer wall filled with all types of beer & ciders, that you get to pour yourself by using a beer card, this place is a must! The wings were delicious, the pizza was the best I have had, the dessert was fantastic and the drinks are on a whole other level! The service was great, friendly and just a pleasantly fun experience! Highly recommend!"
