Peach's Restaurant - Venice

"We normally have a very good experience coming to the establishment but I had a very disappointing experience attempting to order carry out. I called in the first time and was placed on hold for two and a half minutes before I hung up and decided to call back and was immediately placed back on hold again for an additional 5 minutes before my wife called in and was able to immediately place an order over the phone while I was still on hold. We would have placed an order online but the selection of customizing our order was not available."

"We are new to the area and we just couldn't find a nice family place to eat. Then we drove by and asked a couple how the food was. They said GREAT, the best in town. We had to give them a try. They do close earlier than most and of course we got there with about an hour and 15 minutes to eat. They did have a little wait. Only about 15 mins to seat 3 adults, 1 booster seater. The place is somewhat small. The tables are pretty close to each other but there's nothing to complain about. The food was a family style breakfast,lunch or dinner. All 4 of us ate everything on the plate, even the 5 year old! At first, I thought the cost was slightly high, but when we went to another place in the area it was about the same for 4 meals. It came to $75.00 and I think that's cause refills are not free here. The cost goes up quick if all 4 get 1 or more refills on soda, juice, or tea. Coffee is the only free refill drink. All in all I will return here for breakfast or lunch in the near future."

"Waitress did not tell us there would be an up charge for a bagel on a BLT. Eggs were not warm, home fries are just deep fried tator tots. Eggs were to be over medium- I asked the waitress if over medium meant there would not be any slime. Unfortunately one of the eggs were slimy and I did not eat. Waitress never came over to see how meal was. . Service poor. Never got a coffee refill. Place is very clean and that's about it. This was our second time trying this place. We thought we would give it another try- we will not be back."

"First time diner at Peach's Restaurant. I chose lunch. Linda was my fine waitress. Pleasant, efficient and attentive. I went with the club sandwich with French Fries, it came with a pickle as well. The fries are lightly seasoned, which I am not a huge fan of, but I enjoyed enough to finish everything. I highly recommend. Open Floorplan, so it was a little loud"

"First, the service was fantastic. Victoria is a great waitress but the entire crew worked together as a well oiled machine. The food, although not horrible was just good. It's the atmosphere setting that leaves me disappointed. Super bright fluorescent lighting, lame vinyl table cover, low quality plates and coffee cups bring down the score."
