China Taste of Wang

"This is literally the only edible Chinese food in Venice. It’s not my all time favorite, because I come from NJ and NYC where the greatest Chinese takeout in the country is. But there are some pretty good things here, which is excellent compared to every other place in Venice. The wonton soup, boneless spareribs, sweet and sour pork, egg roll and general tso’s chicken are all good. I go here sometimes once a week and don’t get tired of it. The only things I haven’t liked from here are the bourbon chicken, which was really dry and needed a lot more sauce and the fried rice, I really don’t like the fried rice here. It’s the only place I’ve ever asked for white rice with a combination platter. The service is the fastest I have ever comes across. My food is always ready in 5 minutes without fail. It’s definitely worth a visit. It’s 4 stars in Venice. In Sarasota, it would be more like 3 stars. Still good either way."

"I would give less stars if I could. We ordered food for pick up. When I arrived, there were three other customers waiting for their orders. One woman was picking up for a food delivery delivery service and the woman working said they didn't have lemonade so she replaced the lemonade with orange Fanta. I should've left at that point. I gave my phone number when it was my turn but my order was no where to be found. The guy told me I ordered from a different place. I called the number I placed the order through he answered the phone right in front of me. BYE! Staff is rude. Customer service is awful. Will never go back."

"I wish I could l could give a better review. Another typical strip center Chinese take out. Bland sauce, and 3/4 of my Kung Pao chicken seemed to be celery dices. I don’t really care about the atmosphere or the service so much, it is whether the food is well prepared and worthwhile. Sadly, it was not."

"Wow this was SO good! Made fresh to order in about 5 minutes. The portions are enough for 2 meals and the taste is on point! Not a tea on the table type establishment but also not a chain restaurant that leaves you feeling a bit sick after you finish. The dining area was clean, the staff was polite, and the food tasted homemade. 10/10 would recommend to others and 10/10 I will return!"

"The food was good. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean, the cashew chicken was good, a bit too much sauce. they should put more veggies in the veggie fried rice. Veggie spring rolls were mushy and not crispy. The white rice was good, like always. Nothing really special about this place. Would kinda recommend skipping it in the future."
