"Food was stale, sitting out possibly for a while. Even on a Friday night around dinner time. I am shocked at the quality the produce. The workers are very nice. Just need to check the quality. Fries stale and the chicken sandwich saturated in a ton of sauce and cheese not melted at all."
"Went to a recently opened Arby's location. This was our second visit to this location. We walked in and out in minutes. The drive through had an extremely long line, but inside the line was longer. I'm happy they are doing a thriving business because the food is great. However avoid it if you are short on time. But congrats to Arby's for the business."

"Ordered a French dip and the bread was really soggy and chewy. It made me feel sick and I didn't even eat half of it. Definitely Not worth wasting $7 . Also they forgot my fries. I got sent a link to tell them more about my issue and the link I clicked on Didn't even work ! Written I went there to tell them they said they didn't know what to do for me. For the price I paid for my feel like I should be compensated and get my money back. I feel like people there Definitely need more training in customer service"
