"Dis respectful staff in the drive through I didn’t even order because of how rude they was I left without getting food, now I see why this place is always empty"
"Went inside to order. Was medium busy with 6 ppl working. Took about 2 minutes and someone took my order for dine-in. That's when the real fun started. There were 3 orders ahead of me. One couple was contemplating getting their $ back. Orders started piling up as well as the drive-through. Messed-up orders. TV screen showed someone's order as being done, when it was not. At any given time, 1 to 3 workers standing there. Not bored, but bliss on what they were doing. Took 24.... yes, I timed it, 24 minutes from ordering to getting my food. Oh, in a bag to go no less. Fries hot & good; nuggets too. Burger was warm and decent. Place needs to train their workers MUCH better!!"
"Visit at 7pm on Friday night. They close at midnight. Was told they have no fries. Then also told they don’t have the peppermint frosty because they “cleaned the machine early”. 5 hours early!!!?!??? Thought this was the better Wendy’s in the area. Clearly it isn’t."
"I’m a fan of Wendy’s. Staffing seems to be an issue frequently. Stopped at 1pm on a Sunday and the door was locked. I ordered for pickup in the mobile app so I had to get back in the car and drive to the window where I was chastised by a rude employee because I didn’t stop at the speaker. Such an attitude. Fortunately I’m not in this area often so I don’t have to stop at this store again."
