Wendy's

"I am at a complete loss. I went up to the drivethrough speaker, no one answered. I drove up to the window and the person there said: "I cant help you im counting my drawer", and turned around to continue counting. I took it as a young kid who is new to the job and simply parked and walked in. The person then came up to me and said he cant help me but his manager can at the cash after she is done in the washroom. I stood there and waited 5 minutes for her to come out and assist me. She came out and immedietly said she cant help me I have to go to the kiosk. I went to the kiosk and they were out of service. Both of them. She then said she cant help me. So I left. I wasted 15 minutes trying to order at a wendys who quite literally refused to take my money. I really hope the owner sees this and starts to get involved with his business, or he will not have a business for long."

"I’m not sure why this place only has three stars. We live about 1 mile away and have been here five times each time it’s been a good experience even with cars in front of us. This Wendy’s is way better more efficient, and less staffed than the one on Jacaranda, yet they always seem to be accurate, fast, and friendly. Shout out to the young man working the drive-through on December 16. You could tell he was trying to do many things at once, but was very nice and gave us fresh tasty food in a very timely manner for how busy they were. I would definitely go to this one over the one on Jacaranda anytime in any day of the week. One time at that one I waited 25 minutes for a kids chicken nugget and a burger while I watched the whole drive-through line go through and then some. There were five workers back there. When I got my meal, it was old food."

"I had the nicest lady take care Of us in the drive thru. I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair, tattoos, and glasses. She was super friendly and I am 8 months pregnant and even double checked if I needed a drink or not. Loved her!"

"I have high hopes for Wendy's. However, when I go I'm always disappointed! Lunch today was a Dave's double. It just was not good. French fries were bland. It's a new store on Northside of Venice FL. They need re-branding and new items besides another piece of tasteless beef. Their breakfast is better than lunch now. Somebody needs to step up at Wendy's cooperate. You could pay better if your food was better."

"Brand new store now open! The dinning room lights were different color temperatures and misaligned along the walls. No one takes pride in their work these days. Staff was kind."
