"I ordered a couple of cheese burgers and a vanilla shake. Everything was good from the service to the meal. There is no reflection on this specific McD's, but I do not like the ordering kiosks AT ALL. They are (for me) confusing and just unnecessary. Otherwise, all is well in the land of Ronald McDonald."
"McDonald’s it’s a fast food restaurant. Service was ok. We ordered from the kiosk, which I do t believe in since there are registers. The staff was standing around. At that time we were the only customers in making an order. I got an Apple pie which was not hot, and nasty. The Big Mac and fries were fine. I was ready to get out of there."
"Above average speed. Friendly staff. But whoever fulfilled my "extra pickle" app order just plopped ALL the pickles in one place. Was a bite of five pickles all at once and none on the rest of the burger. Deduct for sloppy work."
"Food was warm and fast but that's not the problem. The customer service was terrible. They made us order on the electronic touch screen, and wouldn't let us order at the counter. We saw a sign indoors that literally says that we can ask to order at the front desk, but they refused to let us. I would give it a 1,but the food was good and that saved it from being a 1."
