"We have eaten here twice in the past month and both times the food was exceptional. A very sublime lobster bisque. On New Year’s Eve, the best Chilean Seabass we have ever had. And simply sublime potatoes dauphinois . Mahi mahi with mashed potatoes. Scallops with risotto. The quality of the food is outstanding And yes, we tried being our famous blueberry tart, which was delicious. Reasonable wine list also The space is very casual and the tables are a bit close, but the food is simply the best French meal we have had in a long time Most of the staff are french. And I will admit, they certainly warmed up enormously when he spoke to them at length in French. In short, exceptional food in a simple setting, right in town!"

"We went for my husband's birthday. Had relatively early reservations and arrived about 15 minutes early and we were seated immediately. Thought that would give us a bit of a cushion for a leisurely meal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The waiter was literally at our table every 2 minutes pushing for drink order, food order, dessert etc. Barely finished appetizer when our meals were coming out. I understand it is a small venue and they need to turn over their tables but this was literally ridiculous and quite uncomfortable. As for the food: good French fare. Not fantastic but very satisfying. The fact that the duck was literally swimming in sauce was a bit disconcerting but still tasty. Worth the trip for the quaint atmosphere."

"New to area so trying all different restaurants in Venice. This place is great! Food was wonderful. Great lobster bisque and very fresh yummy house salad. The Shrimp burger was also yummy. But the blueberry almond tart was off the charts delicious and I normally do not like blueberry desserts. Ordered a tart for Christmas dinner. Service was also very good."

"First off, the waitress was pompous and service was bad. Also the bread plate came dirty! I liked the French onion soup, but it definitely was not the best I’ve had. The cheese plate was okay but I wish there was sides like how a charcuterie board has. It’s hard to eat cheese with nothing else. However the cheese was yummy and creamy. Only simple coffees are served but they were good. Price: higher than most cafes If it wasn’t for the waitress I would of scored higher. The food was good, the atmosphere was cozy and cute, and the location is convenient."

"Here's an authentic French bistro offering precisely what you'd expect: High quality French cuisine and excellent service in a cozy, bright establishment. We opted for brunch today and enjoyed an array of omelettes, benedicts, quiche, snails, sweetbread, mimosas, and cheesecake. All were absolutely first-rate and served at sensible speed. I can attest that they served the best cheesecake and quiche I've had. The snails smelled amazing. If you've a chance, then explore the building Cote France is housed in for information about KMI, a military school that once was the only establishment present. There's a decent exhibit about it that runs the span of the entire hallway."
