"We waited at curbside for 15 minutes before calling the store to ask where our food was. We called three times before someone finally answered. They told us that their tablet didn’t let us know we had arrived and that our food had just been sitting there. When someone finally brought it out the first thing he says is “is this your food?”. They offered an Oreo cheesecake as their way of apologizing and that was it. Poor service and the food was not very warm/fresh."
"Best fast food, because it is prepared AFTER you place the order. Some locations need to clean everywhere including rest rooms HOURLY, otherwise things go south quickly! We love Culver's, but this one suggestion needs attention."

"The elegant lady behind the counter. I think Anna Marie? Made me feel like at my Grandmother's house. A+ sorry no pics double burger no cheese with the works, frys and a strawberry shake. Loved it all. Restaurant was a little dirty. Inside was closed for lack of help the last time I tried to eat in. I am so thankful to be able to eat in. I highly recommend. I ate in again. The burger seemed stepped on as apposed to hand tossed. I still recommend. I also saw an employee wiping down tables. Thank you Culver's. Another double burger with ketchup + onions with French frys and strawberry shake"
"We ordered burgers at the drive through but we got the chicken tenders pictured. My husband was in a rush and didn’t have time to check because we had an appointment and were short on time. So disappointed to not get the burgers. We called them and we were able to get our order fixed later but it was a major inconvenience."
