"Anna made me and my family feel like we were eating in a fancy restaurant! She was sooo polite and sweet. She checked on us until we left! I'm beyond grateful for people like her. The food was also fresh and delicious ;) recomended McDonalds"
"Fraudulently round up to the next dollar against your wishes. My total was $5.87. The girl on the other end of the speaker asked if I want to round up. I said no. I drove up to the window and handed over my credit card to a male. The receipt said I was charged $6.00. I told the him that I was supposed to be charged $5.87. He voiced my displeasure and his displeasure to his management. Apparently this has been going on for a while and they have been blaming him; however, it is the girl who takes your order through the speaker who is to blame. And like the fraud that took place at Wells Fargo, management/ownership is probably pressuring their employees to do this because they probably benefit from giving your money to the Ronald Mcdonald house. It will be quite some time before I'm willing to visit this McDonald's. Edit... all else about this McDonald's is fantastic, and always has been."
"Went there for an Egg McMuffin. Took a bite and it was chewy, more so than usual. I couldn’t process (breakdown the bite) even after continuing to chew… I finally took the bite out of my mouth for examining it. It was a rubber glove baked into the egg. See pics. Upon my return, I was told that “is just part of the egg.” No. No ma’am."
"This is the only McDonalds that has always made me food correct, hot and fresh. Place is always clean. It's always busy so you might have to wait a little. I have no problem waiting for fresh fries and nuggets."
"While McDonald’s quality of food and service have gone downhill lately to me, my son still enjoys it. When we went yesterday before school, they were out of every drink he tried to order (iced coffee, coffee, iced/sweet tea, and lemonade. Ultimately, we left with only the food part of his meal, because there were no other drink options he wanted. So I paid full price for a meal with no drink. This is unacceptable for any restaurant."
