"This is the second time I’ve visited this establishment and this is the second my order has been wrong. I’m not sure what the issue is with this location, but following directions is not their strong suit. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese only to get home and have cheese plastered all over it ( kind of a big deal since I’m allergic to cheese); then I ordered a second time only to have 3 of the 7 toppings I ordered on my sandwich. If you want to get what you pay for, I would DEFINITELY visit another location."
"Calling the Better Business Bureau on a company that is doing illegal practices. All the prices on the menu board are less than what the price of the product is that will be the last time I go to a place that wants to charge me eight dollars more than what it says on the menu."

"One would expect a place whose slogan is "freaky fast" to be, well, freaky fast. This place is anything but that. Took almost 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and we were the only people in line. And they didn't give us one of our sides. Glad I checked before we drove off. This was our 1st time stopping at a JJs."
"Basically a bread sandwich...the veggie #6...asked for extra mayo, onions, lettuce...super sucked...so called asked for a manager...he couldn't help me without asking his boss what he should do......omg...this is so sad...the Jimmy John's in Laurel MD is great...was hoping for the same...but far from it..."
